Deficiency confusion.

ok so this is my first grow.

I've encountered fungus gnats, nitrogen deficiency, and heat burn.

Now I've got these two problem children. One has leaves turning white and the other is going purplish.

Any advice from the gurus?

Are they in pre amended peat? Fungus gnats would suggest overwatered perhaps. Are they autos or why the big pots?

I'm no expert but look up magnesium def. Or pH issue
