Deficiency in mid to late flower, having a hard time fixing it. Help appreciated.

So I'm in week six going on seven of flower, and one of my plants seems to be dealing with what looks like a fairly intense nitrogen deficiency.

I'm running an all organic grow this time and my soil build is as follows:

1 part= full five gallon bucket.

1/2 part humus (coast of maine lobster compost/ewc)
1/2 part perlite
1/2 part peat moss
1 cup lime
1 cup kelp meal
1/2 cup espoma tomato tone

I vegged for a month and a half, then flipped to flower. I transplanted my plants into their final pots 11 days before flipping to flower. This plant is in a five gallon smartpot.

For the last two weeks I've been feeding once a week with EWC tea, I've top dressed with EWC, all trying to fix the issue and no such luck. I've also added Neptunes harvest (2-3-1) at a tablespoon per gallon with my EWC the last two teas, but nothing seems to be helping. I always make sure my water (RO) goes in at a PH of between 6.3-7. Temps mid 60's to mid 70's, RH 50-60% at all times.

The plant with this issue (Vanilla Kush Sativa C pheno) had one of the craziest stretches I've dealt with. It a little more than doubled in size during the stretch.

Am I going way too light with my feeding or is something else going on? I don't think it's lockout because even though it's organic I've been careful with my PH within reason for organics. I'm a little lost with what to do and I really love the way this plant is turning out, I don't want to see it completely wither and die the last few weeks of flower.

the leaves that are turning yellow won't re-green what happened to them happened weeks ago, the new growth looks good stay with the neptunes and watch the the newest growth,

waffles, where did you get that grow medium recipe? what do you mean by 1/2 part of this or that? 1/2 bucket? 1/2 cup? what do you mean by part? why are you using so much lime and kelp? Kelp is hormonal and is to be used in small amounts. You are killing your plants with too much stuff. Chances are this plant won't survive.

If you look above the recipe in my post I put 1 part equals one full five gallon bucket, so a half part is a half full five gallon bucket. The cup of lime is per cubic foot, so it really isn't that much, ditto with the kelp.

https://forum.grasscity.com/threads/easy-organic-soil-mix-for-beginners.1116550/ This is where I got the recipe.

I've used this mix before and never had issues. I have three other plants in my tent in this mix, different strains, but they are all doing fine, this is the only one having this issue.

Thats a bunch of Lime, Your plants are locking out nitrogen at one point and took it from the leaves, if the new growth continues to look healthy carry on. but next time on the lime use about 2 tablespoons for the 5 gallon pot.

You have three 1/2 parts, which is more than one full 5 gallon bucket. (unless you're mixing this stuff outside of a bucket, then putting the mix into buckets).
I think you've really over done it on the kelp. probably the lime too. interesting you've had success before with this. maybe there is something about this one plant that is sensitive to some characteristic in the soil. (like kelp for example).
