deficiency or age?

I did make a mistake a couple weeks back and had light to bright which made some leaves yellow and droop I pulled them off and also caused a Bicheno of tips to burn a lil just thought I'd mention that also.

Just a glance and I can't really see the flower well, but, I'd say seriously deficient. I'd make sure she stays between 6.5 to, shit, 6.5. Calmag, silica blast it, make sure that you aren't light burning it. Let her breath, get rid of dead foliage. Back off on nutrition.
