DEFICIENCY QUIZ! (or something rather)

This is the only plant out of the entire DWC system that is showing these symptoms. Here are three pics of her:

I have investigated all of the threads for diagnosing symptoms but I'd just like some expert opinions. Thanks guys.

Also, I forgot to mention that the roots are perfectly fine, there's no mold or algae in the medium or anything. It's a feminized photoperiod Positronic's Critical seed.

wow somethings not right. i dont grow hydro and can't really diagnose that. but all i know is that it looks pretty severe with the way the brand new growth is being affected by it. good luck!

It just doesn't make sense. NONE of the other 11 plants are having problems. Is it possible that I just got a fucked up seed? Since it's just the one plant, I even carefully removed some of the pebbles to see if the root system had any mold or other problems and every thing looked fine. And the pH is in the 5.9 area so that isn't the problem. There's no algae anywhere and I consistently treat the reservoir with light doses of hydrogen peroxide to prevent any root slime and whatnot. Obviously THAT isn't the problem because all of the other plants are fine. If anyone else has ANY ideas as to why this one plant is going goofy on me, please help.

i am NOT an experienced grower. im deducing this for you. i would first look at the medium, and the way its seated, moving onto nute flow, nothing is blocked up to this bucket?
My relative whom has helped me get started on my first grow had a similar problem about a year ago, 3 plants, and 1 went mangaloid (all weird like a sphere), she let it grow and when it came harvest time, she pulled 16 ounces from the 2 plants, and 1/2 ounce from the mangaloid.

Now im not sure, im guessing, but id say, if your early, rip it out and replace it.
