Deficiency

I Don t have a pH meter. I Know I have to get one. These are all from the same plant.Only happens to lower leaves.
The stems are deep red. Is this caused by a High pH or Low pH?
I can get the pH higher or lower, I just need to know if these deficiencies match a high or low pH soil.
