Deficiency??

Hello everyone this is my 2nd outdoor grow and i think i have a deficiancy but not sure at all. this is happening on all my plants of various phenotypes. and its only on new growth. they are all growing like weeds at least an inch every night. Im using age old organics and tea in the following schedule which is about 2.5 gallons every other day

age old: 110ml grow per 5 gallons
110ml kelp

water (sometimes with age old humic at 75ml per 5 gallons

tea: 1 cup pruvian seabird guano
1 cup mexican bat guano
1 cup earthworm castings
1/4 cup maxicrop
1 cup molassas
40 gallons water

thats my current feeding schedule im planning to increase kelp and grow to 150ml at the next feeding but i would like to know if my light green areas on the leaves are just rapid new growth or some sort of deficiancy i cant find pics that relate to this. im in 30 gallon smart pots with a custom soil mix as follows:

6- 3.8cf bags peat moss
26- 1.25cf bags mushroom compost
10 lbs azamite
15lbs dolomite lime
8cf chunky perlight
15lbs souluable humic acid 45% humic acid derived from humic shale 1.5% sulpfer 1.6%iron are the guranteed anaylisis

looks like it could use a little more N.

that was my plan on adding the extra 40ml of grow and kelp....i thought it may be that but no pics seemed to look like that

noone else has any ideas? really?!
