cant see shite on those photos, take pics in normal light
you should be ph ing between 5.8-6.3 and you should let the ph fluctuate between 5.8-6.3 or you will lock certain nutes out

After reading the comment from bobtoke I checked my coco ph it was a bit high so I gave them some good fresh water at ph of 5.8 with low feed.

You need to take photos without the lights on.

From what i can see, and from your description it could be a couple things...

My guess is it is root rot. Its the only way that it could happen overnight. Can you tell me if there are any other symptoms E.G. Fungas Gnats?

Also what is your feeding schedual?
