Definitely think my plants have pollinated

some strains throw out bananas towards the end anyway.

I had an eleven roses that bananas grew at around the same time.

found 1 seed in about 3 ounces but bananas were everywhere.

No need to harvest early.

Had this same problem with heat last grow I got pollinated but I knew it would happens due to a a hermied plant but since it’s for personal use I was ok since it was dank I can’t say for sure yours won’t self pollinate but the smell is due to the heat I had the same thing my tent got too hot too often during flower and I started losing so much smell. try raising your lights or just wait till you cure for a bit of that smell to come back.
