Deflectohead's Granddaddy Purple Grow

Hey folks. Long time reader and first time poster here at RIU. This will be my first time growing GDP. I have these 2 ladies in 10gallon pots. The soil is ProMix HP with a few tablespoons of Happy Frog's Jump Start amendment(Ingredients: Feather Meal, Bone Meal, Hydrolyzed Fish, Fish Meal, Fish Bone Meal, Alfalfa Meal, Sulfate of Potash Magnesia, Blood Meal, Bat Guano, Rock Phosphate, Kelp Meal and Gypsum). The last amended soil I made was too hot, had a unbalanced ph and burned the shit out of my plants so I went with this. I use tap water that has sat for 24+ hrs, ACT's, GO's CalMag, Big Swell, and BioCanna base nutes. I have very little space at my place so these ladies are under an 8 build T5 on in my kitchen. I'm in the process of chopping down ladies from my last round so after I'm finished with that they will go I under my 1000w HPS. Feel free to post folks!

Here they are the day of transplant from 2gal into their final 10gal containers and then 10 days after. they received one compost tea foliar spray and watering. just water other than that

They look nice and healthy, Nice job...

Thanks for the kind words. Everything has been going good with these two. If I can keep them both this happy for 9 more weeks I'm hoping to pull a Lb off these 2 ladies

Well I ended up getting sick and it delayed me getting the flower area prepped. But, the GDP's will be going in tomorrow! Here they are next to a 32gal trash can for size comparison. They're about 21" tall by 30" at their widest points

Well after a few day delay from being sick I finally got the flower area cleaned up and put the GDP's under the HPS. I am debating wether or not to give them each their own 600w or just run them under 1 1000w.

I instantly flowered a small cutting of it with my last round so I would know the flower time and what she likes. She grew a freak nug! I was so enthralled with the weird nug I forgot to take any pictures of the actual plant haha. Se didn't do much due to the fact that I messed up and put her in WAY too hot of soil.. Here's the random nug

Does anyone think I should thin them out more? Barely any light penetrates the tops

I would just take of any yellow looking leaves if there is none I would leave it or maybe get some Cfls lamps for underneath but it looks fine to me ....

Yea that's a good call on the fluorescence. I have a couple 2ft t5's I could put near the under growth
