Deformed leaves

I've got 4 HSO feminized blue dream about 1 month old. They are in ebb and flow buckets in 3" rockwool cubes and hydroton. One out of the four has wierd deformed leaves and is stunted. I've been researching deficiencies, but can't figure this one out.
Nutes: gh Flora 4ml grow,3ml micro,2.5ml bloom2.5ml calmag(using ro water), .5ml floraliscous, 2ml hydrogaurd per gallon.
I keep pH 5.8-5.9. I check my phone meters and they are calibrated.
The pots get flooded 1 hour after lights on, at the middle of the day and 1 hour before lights out.
Using 1000watt Higrow LED at 32" from top of plants. Temps are 72-78 degrees, humidity is 40-50%. What do you guys think?

I don't believe it's the nutes, I've never gotten deformed leaves just from over feeding, plus don't see a burnt tip anywhere. While some deficiencies cause curling/crinkling or color change, those raised bumps are different. I'm inclined to say it's genetic a mutation - with all the inbreeding these days it could just be some bad recessive genes.

I was trying to remember what it reminded me of, and I think it was tobacco mosaic virus (do you smoke cigarettes?). While not common, I've run across it in other's grows over the years.

Notice the curved deformed leaves and the raised ridges.

Thanks for the reply. No I don't smoke cigarettes. And it's the only one out of the 4 that's deformed, so maybe it is genetics. I'll let it grow out and see what happens. If I see it start to spread to the other plants then I'll chop it.
 
This one shows more mature leaves, notice while there's more distinct discoloration, yours appear to have some as well. What do you think, look similar?

Well the chances are pretty slim, I'd still lean towards a genetic mutation, but if you start to see it on the healthy plants, then that would be more likely, so don't get too worried just yet ;?) Good luck and keep us posted.
 
Did you clone a budding plant by chance? Those bottom leaves look like leaves that come from cuts off a plant in flower cycle. My mothers died to my laziness, and life happening my last grow. I had to pull clones from a plant in flower to save my future and had weird growth for awhile. It worked itself out.
 
My guess is either genetic mutation, mosaic virus, or russet/broad mites.

Russet or broad mites can cause the same look. Blistered looking leaves and leaves that curve to the sides are a couple of the symtpoms of those mites.
