Deformed stem issue?

I'm wondering how big of an issue this will be down the road. The reason she's like this is my cat knocked over the solo cup the seed was germinating in, but it was still under soil. It must have been a day away from coming up on its own because it already had cotyledons. So I replanted it with them out of the soil. I do plan on topping and scrogging if it's worth keeping her going. The photos are 19 days from the great CATastrophe of 2015.

Nope, no snapping, just a hard bend which is causing the stem to grow across the soil. Ive been trying to keep it covered with soil and it now has some roots coming off it but its barely covered by soil.

I wouldnt worry about the main root being exposed...even if you keep trying to cover it with soil it will wash off with watering....it looks damn healthy. I have main roots exposed on most of my outdoors...they are healthy too

Okay cool, I was worried with having the stem just laying across the soil and then the plant just growing upwards from the end of it could pose a problem. Thanks guys.
