If you applied for your MMAR with no change - anytime March, April 2013 timeframe, and you didn't get your renewal before June 19th, you can call Health Canada to verify when your application was received. They stamp everything in their database, they just don't often expect people to call and request the info.
If Health Canada did get it before June 19th but sent it to you after June 19th you can contact this RCMP contact to file a complaint if Health Canada won't agree to give your your renewal based under the MMAR - your one year full grow.
Interesting, it's coming out that there are quite a few people (1000's I think) that have already passed away in the database of Health Canada while waiting for their new paperwork. Very Sad.
No-Change renewal in early March 12 weeks in advance and got it after 15 weeks, early
July! Almost 4 months and processed under the new regime. So
this tells us they were stalling renewals from way back as
far as March!!! And him receiving it another 2 weeks after
the new regs!
