What's funny is that that's how it works generally speaking.. Older generations support more conservative candidates, younger generations support more progressive candidates. Older people tend to vote more often than younger people, especially 18-29 year olds. Every time you bring up the fact that Clinton won more minority votes than Sanders during the primary, you dismiss that glaringly obvious fact that younger people vote less frequently than older people, and attribute that to your belief that that means more minorities supported Clinton's neoliberal policies over Sanders progressive ones.

A complete and total disappointment in the boomer generation who were drivers for a roll of successes in progressive civil rights, stopping the Vietnam war, ending the draft, enacting environmental protections and stopping the growth of unsafe nuclear power plants is they got older, more religious, conservative and voted Republican. This country has been on a decline ever since. I don't think we disagree here.
