Depth of water

I just read on here that I should have my water to the bottom of my pots? I had read in several other places to go an inch below? What is the correct depth, or does it really matter?

more so to keep the stem from getting too wet.

Nope, i run my dwc boxes longer between top offs than most people would be comfortable with. I let them drop a good 3-4" most of the time.

yeah i let the veg system go that long sometimes, but the dwc boxes I use are a little tall to get away with that. I wouldnt have much root left in the water.

Bro, moms are on the Aero setup. They're literally just growing inside the tote, happy as can be, in open air 24/7. Just get a spray for 1 minute every hour.

Shhhhh I have too many things I want to do. I really want to get a big ultrasonic mister and play with it.

Please give me more detail did you not see my post about me being green more than the plants??? I am strategizing my next grow already, although it may change several times in the next few months

I have spray nozzle and a pump and numerous timers I have purchased, I may get a divorce over it, I went a little haywire buying at first so any ideas would be great, I bought the spray nozzle/pump and timer so I could start a seedling in DWC but now you have me curious

When you refill your water after letting it drop to this level(which I have done since being out of town) do you refill with water and nutrients? Or just water?
 
Bro they're gonna drink no matter what. Doesn't mean you should still be feeding full strength. You have your methods, but I always like to have them drinking straight water that last few days.
