I was referring to the idea that a sealed room = mold. Complete BS.
And while it may be stupid, its still feasible. And avoids any smell issues that come with venting.

OK I gotcha, for some reason I thought you meant it was cool to seal a room with no humidifier or dessicant. Idk its been a long ass week my bad man.

I got the impression people were perpetuating the myth that you need "fresh" air in a grow, as though gas molecules get "stale" (whatever that would even mean). smh
I understand sealing a room makes things much more complicated, but lets not pretend it cant be done. And if you were to add a dehumidifier it becomes relatively easy assuming you can maintain adequate co2.

The adequate c02 is what I wonder about.
I wonder if just opening the sealed space once a day would be enough.
I guess it would just depend on a lot of things.

Burn a candle in the tent and you'll have 1500ppm CO2 in an hour.
A desiccant won't work fast enough to lower rh in a helpful way. If you can vent the tent just get a small, cheap fan and hook it up to a bathroom humidity controller that will kick the fan on at whatever rh you set it at when it goes above that setting. Can buy those controllers almost anywhere for under $20.
