Yes, in no uncertain terms, they should compensate us for our stockpiles. HC should give us all coupons to replace our stockpiles at all the different LP's, LOL.
I'm expecting my rebate coupons in the mail, by April 15th sounds about fair.
$1k per plant destroyed, ask the police right?
$10k/ kilo of dried cannabis destroyed on order of the queen.
$??k Equipment, that no one will want to buy.
$??k Loss of strain genetics, matched to my condition.
$???k for 30+ years of buying my medicine at LP prices.

Not even claiming for time spent learning to grow organic medicinal quality cannabis and make medically prescribed extracts (legal in BC).

Please just let me CONTINUE to provide my own medicine, it's the RIGHT thing to do!

I think we should be compensated for every single plant at the going rate of 10k/kg. plus I want all money I have invested in seeds and equipment.

I couldn't fathom destroying my medicine on orders from anyone. It is my legally obtained property...period. I have faith in the judge to realize the impact the mmpr will have on low income patients and the subsequent impact on the court system with no positive impact on the safety or security of the public. Failing that, our biggest weapon is non-compliance. The BC wilderness will be a sea of green this spring as many people move their crops out of their homes...I know I've scouted a few spots!

since we now have to report when we destroy our stock and/or plants, HC is now getting an inventory of what we had.
so now in reality in the Conroy case we now all will have a form that was sent to HC in essence giving us all a dollar value of what we destroyed to try and claim.

seems like the forms will have the maximum allowed under the MMAR in order to make the compensation claim the most it can be.

The assholes can spend $400,000 to mail out a letter. That would have paid 10 inspectors for a year to check home grows. What a load Harper must carry around in his Depends

as the LPs are allowed to charge what ever they want my meds are now worth $50 per gram. On paper I will be destroying the max that I am allowed to possess I got a safe stash house for my stock pile that is in no way tied to me so let them try to find it.

I think that's fair...claim your entire script plus the amount allowed to be stored...pretty nice little payday there! I think that's what I'll do too.

fill out the form with max amount storage and max plant count destroyed.
send it via xpresspost with signature so you have proof.

Definitely send with some sort of tracking. Things " get lost in the mail" way too often to not cover your butt.
