Pad part is, there is, in the process right now, a petition or something like that, to force them to change the ordinance in august. In its current language, no center licensed under 4209 would be able to operate, and even now, none of the "licensed" shops can actually dispense medicine to anymore than patients registered to them. So..there all still not in compliance and can be shut down even after licensed.
