Diagnose My Yellow/Brown Leaves Please

Hey Everyone,
first time grower here. I was wondering if anyone could diagnose my leaves here. It seems to be only on the bottom leaves, but they are turning yellow and even brown. Does this look like a nitrogen deficiency or perhaps too much watering?

What kind of light is it under? What kind of soil is it in? Have you used nutes yet? What is your PH? How old so far?

It is under CFL light. The soil is Miracle Gro Organic Potting Mix with some perlite. They are about 3 weeks old. I havent used nutes yet...I thought the organic soil with the nutes in it was enough? Should I be supplementing the soil?

whats all the brown on the perlite??
are them leaves soft or crunchy at the brown spots???

How often do you water?

I think the brownness on the perlite is just dirt. Should I transplant these? Do I need to supplement them with nutrients other than whats in the soil? The brown spots are crunchy. I used to water every other day, but now I have cut back for fear of overwatering. It seems that all of my new leaves are coming in fine, but as soon as the plant ages, the lower leaves start to die out. Here are updated pics.

my guess is the mg soil is over feeding it and the brown on the perrlite is from watering it is common
