Did Anyone Happen To Catch What The Cali Connect Promo On Attitude March 2nd????

i happened to be one of the lucky people who lucked out in the 11 minutes that promo lasted. had i known it was for every pack purchased i would have picked up 1 more. i picked up 2 and received 2 promos. i got hella lucky. on top of that i received the March 5 year B-day promo as well. anyways... i did not happen to catch what the Mixed Seeds Packs contained. i know its 2 of this and 2 of that. and i think 3 of this and 3 of that. in the ad on the home page of Attitude it did mention what was in the Mixed Packs. but i for some reason did not catch what was in them. anyone happen to catch that?? should i check the Cali Connection website?

I can't answer you but I have to share my current experience with CC seeds from The Attitude. I bought some of Cali Connections Pre98 Bubba Kush. I put two seeds in 2/28 and one is already the size of my hand! The other is just slightly smaller but the smaller one was in Rockwell. It was a test. I sprouted in Rockwool and Sunshine Mix #4. The soilless far surpassed the Rockwool, so I moved the other seedling to Sunshine and it's catching up! But so far I'm very pleased with the vigor of these two. I hope you have as good an experience.

can i make a suggestion to you. DITCH that Sunshine mix and get on Roots Organic. what nutes are you using may i ask? i wa using the Sunshine Mix Advanced #4, yellow bag stuff. liked it up til the last 3 weeks. the soil dries up too much, prevents roots from breathing. plants grow tall and skinny. i liked that. i got some huge fate gnarly nugs and easliy 100g per plant on some my 1st harvest. but dude. i love the taste of organics. i actually use the Sunshine Mix Advanced to start seeds. i used the Fox Farm Light Warrior Seed Starter and straight hated it. it helps a little, but only for about 3 days. i have never needed to feed so early with the Sunshine, but i had so many other problems. *WE ARE OFF TOPIC* well, lol, i am... but yeah. use Roots after starting seeds in SMA. i have never seen growth like this either. my plants just look and smell much healthier. there leaf structure and growth is amazing. i have 1 jack The Ripper, supposedly a slow grower, BLOWING UP!!! shes got about 18 tops and is on day 40. no joke!! 9" tall and the tightest little bush you could possibly imagine. im far from my 1st grow.

now, lets talk about that Cali Connect Promo!!!!

OK!! i think the Mixed Packs come with 12 seeds. of random selection of every strain on their menu. is this true? so basically, unless i know what straits to look for, i wont know until about the 3rd or 4th week of Flower what im growing??

well, i guess that is true, except for one thing. the packs that were in the promo were 12 packs. i suppose i could believe they are the same. but as my last posts states, guess i wont know til flower.

Be really careful where you buy Cali Connection seeds. I purchased 40 seeds (4 strains X 10 ea) from Weed World (UK). 39 of 40 grew to be Hermies!
I know it wasn't anything I did to stress them because 1/2 were grown by others; all of us got the same results. Weed World finally responded to me saying that "there are no guarantees and also we do not give growing advice..." OK, what advice was asked? STUPID REMARK! Anyway, Cali Connection has not responded at all (3 e-mails), so, yes, I have given up trying to get something back. The only thing that makes sense to me is that someone switched out the (good) seeds for these definite Hermies. Dirty, nasty trick; probably a disgruntled ex-employee (IMO). The thing that pisses me off more than anything else is that one would think that Cali would not want bad PR out there, no matter how small I am. There is too much competition in the seed business; hard enough without bad PR. I wasted all that time and money, got set-back 2 months for nothing, and neither company gives a $hit. I also thought that Cali was a top-notch breeder. With no other information to go on, all I can say is that I was violated. At the minimum, I should have gotten more than 30% good seed (actual 50/50 is the average). Guess I should have paid the extra bucks for Feminized but the up-charge is almost double...

oh man!! i totally feel you. i honestly have no experiences growing CC seeds. but im pretty sure that would not have happened if you bought them form Attitude instead. not positive on that. but i think they have a better name for them selfs.

so you got 39 out of 40 hermies and its seeds not environment..that makes no sense..light leak or something as 99% were hermies...thats outrageous...

well, im not taking sides, but it sounds as Swerve feels it was the growers fault.

39 of 40... i mean the usual story is i had 40 perfect plant and only 5 which were the same kind and they are hermied as they were from the same mom.. see def genetic hermie instance...but i am running 40 different plants and all but 1 hermied sounds like def grower error..light leak. but then to say for a solid week they were getting 2 different light schedules.. its clear its grower error...


but that doesnt mean if we were contacted and told all this we wouldnt send some free beans to help out...

Cali Connection has a good name from what i have heard. this is only like the 2nd time i have heard horror stories like this with your selections. i personally have only seen hermies from bagseeds, and some Northern Lights we had in the mid 90's. but honestly i only have had about 10 grows under my belt, and this is my first grow with out growing bagseeds. i guess i can't really say much for my situation. but basically, im not worried bout it. im pretty sure it was stress or just that situation. the grower still has not indulged his experiences. as far as i know it could be his first grow, ya know.

on another note. i just grabbed them Californian Dreaming's and them Sunset Limited's. what are those like? can you provide me with a little bit of info bout them, please? much appreciated in advance!!
