Did everyone get their letters from HC yet?

Got a generic letter from HC this morning stating that as of Wednesday the ACMPR will be replaced by the Cannabis Regulations. Doesn't say anything about not being able to renew in the future or that there is no medical program.
Seems a little vague. Basically provides no info until their website goes live Oct 17.

The way I read it...was we’re just losing the acronym and simply going back to medical exemptions issued by the Health Minister under Section 35 of C-45.

Kinda figured it was only in name. A whole lot of fluff to essentially say just that. As long as everything else remains the same and there are no new plant limits.

Its confusing that the new program is called Cannabis Regulations. Doesn't make sense by name. For a second I thought it read that we will be complying by the new Cannabis Regulations for rec. Had to read it twice.

I hope we can renew, I just got my prescription bumped up to 8gpd, it was 4gpd. The wife too. We are thinking 60 indoor and 16 outdoor between the two of us.

I hope there isn't a new form to get your doctor to sign as I have an appt for this Friday to see the doc that renewed me last year. No idea if he will do so again but last year's is expired and I'd like to keep my medical status and maybe get around to applying to grow.

Hoping to get my g/day raised from 8 to 10 or higher. My argument being that I'm growing hi-CBD/hemp plants and their yields are 1/4 what I get from regular pot. Double would be nice. :)

We told our new doctor at NHS that we press our plants into rosin and we are using twice as much plant matter to make enough that we don't run out. She doubled both of our prescriptions to allow us to grow more plants, she said " in no way am I challenging you to consume 8gpd, but this should allow you to grow enough plants so that you don't have to feel like you need to limit how much rosin you use, I want you to be able to produce enough to relieve your symptoms."

Out of everyone I know that uses NHS, none of them have over 5gpd, so this new doctor is pretty awesome in my opinion.

It went out in general mail droppings.....I've seen one locally but not in my box yet.
Worthless info anyway.
