Did i do lst on this baby right? Let me know please

Ok so I decided to do lst on my plant but I never done it before and I need ur guys opinion on if I did it right or not this babys been alive since july 30th..... please let me know what you guys think...

The plant doesn't look too healthy. It can take it a lot of time to recover from that. Your technique is great.

Looks like you lack light. Very stretched.

I only have 2 65w big lights of america flourescent lights on it..... and when sun is out I put it all day until sunlight is gone....
So this is the right way to do LST then?

yeah that's proper. Now what you want to see is new shoots from below.

On a fast growing plant you will see the tips start growing faster within a couple of days. If plant is growing pretty slow due to some lack it will take some more days.

looks good to me. i would tie down some of those taller branches. tie down as many as you have space for. that plant is really cooking now, and the more you tie it the more light you get to the full branch instead of just the top.
