Like MANY businesses these days, customer SERVICE problem resolution is gone. Once they have your money, good luck getting anywhere if you get bunk! Some places expect you to pay for membership in order to get a refund if their last unit in stock ends up being a box of rocks when you get it home.
Ordered 3 strains. 90%+ germination except for the "Hindu Kush" seeds. Isn't that a Landrace strain? All were tiny and very pale and spottless in colour. Out of 6 seeds, 2 didn't pop, 1 root never got past just peeking out. 1 sprouted 3 leaves (leading to 3 kolas after dead heading, so not all bad) 2 were extremel and the other 2 took 2 weeks for the first pointy leaves (newbie to terms) to open up.
When I contacted Crop King, I got stuck in the VM loop. Even when calling (email response was to call) and choosing "Wait to speak to someone" I get instantly redirected to VM. When I emailed to ask hen is good to call and WAIT, i stopped getting responses.
Plenty of other seed banks want our money. But I won't be upset when their bitcoin investment dissolves into nothing
