did it end before it even started..??

My three week old, og kush strain i have in three gallon dwc tub with one pump and two air stones. i havent had a way to get flora nutes right away so i went to my local home depot and got concentrate schultz 10-15-10 plant food plus and it says liquid plant food, feeds all indoor and outdoor plants and it list all the indoor plants and at the end says hydroponics so im guessing it was okay. it says seven drops per quart of water. did i mess up my og kush strain??? i just dont feel comfortable about it but i need to do it because the leafs were turning yellow and the stems were purple because i had nothing but water and air and of course theres no nutes in that, any feed back would help alot thanks...

Go with a 1/2 recommended dose to start then up as needed. what is your Ph?

the ph is around 7.0 i have tablets that manage the ph. oh and i was asking because i put the recommendation in the water that on the box,and i was wondering if i killed my plant or not.. i dont feel right its just she never had nutes in her life so i was real quick to put them in there before logging on now i feel dum and worried..

View attachment 1140407Well it should be around 5.5-5.8 for Dwc. So you need to drop it or you are going to lockout nutes and they will appear to show nute def.

i dont have ph down were im from theres not much i mean we got a wal mart lol. and not yet waiting on new camera.. anything i can put in the water to lower it like a house hold chemical or something i can get at the store???

Vinegar, I use Apx 3ml/gal to bring it down 1.5 ( from 8.0 to 6.5 , I use soil ) But test in plain water to get exact amt needed to drop Your Ph. So you will probably need more, but test it in 1gal, and that will give you a good guess, but keep testing before adding nutes then test after as well. Make sense?
Or Lemon juice...but i have not use Lemon.
