I did just water her a few hours before I took the pic. I'm pretty sure I'm not overwatering, but I will let it go an extra day before I usually water about 7 days on a two gallon pot... I don't think that will cause any harm. And she's not rootbound... I transplanted her to that pot about 10 days ago, and from the roots I was able to see during the transplant, they looked healthy and weren't stuffed in the old pot like I have seen on some different plants that have been in pots way too small for their size.
Also, I didn't notice the bottom leaves yellowing until you pointed that out... less light is reaching down there, but all except the first node leaves are green, darker as you move up the plant. There are a few other threads with plants whose leaves are curling the same way, but no answers on those threads either. Thanks all for the help.
