Did my Plant hermie? Whats this white stuff? Powdery Mildew?

Guys I don't know what is going on. It's week 3 of flower and everything was looking great but the past couple days I have noticed some white stuff on the leaves of my plant. I should have taken better pics before cleaning it off today but I used a wet paper towel to wipe it off after reading that it could be powdery mildew. But then I found what looked like little pre-buds or possible pollen sacs? That were dried up and sitting on a couple leaves. So now I don't know if it hermied on me or what the heck is going on. Relative humidity as stayed around 40-45% with a day that it spiked to 60% after water. I also noticed a few very small shriveled up leaves down low but thought those may just be due to lack of light. I will take better pics tomorrow if it happens again. Any help is appreciated.

Those definitely look like dead, male, flowers...though it's hard to tell under your purple light. Maybe you could share some pics under normal light?

Absolutely, I'll get better pics today if I see more of them.
