I have the same ones. They work great for the vertically impaired plants.

You should be good on light where you’re at. I use the SP6500. It’s the same kind of light, but 650w. I started my clones under 10%, I bumped it up to 25% and started seeing what looked like magnesium deficiency. I went back down to 15% and they greened right back up. Seedlings would require less light intensity is what I always went with.

What does the manufacturer recommend?

Give them more light, but not more heat, to keep the stretch less, you do not want early stem stretch or it can fall over without help holding it up while you sleep, ...do better with less, like being closer with less watts, with LED 6400-6500K around 20W about an inch away gets them better earlier stem foilage and branch development with more roots.
