did something very stupid!!!!need help

I had a few mites at least I think they were on one of my plant do I made a soap and water mix. I sprayed the shit outta and forgot to go back and rinse them off now all my leaves are fucked up and look half dead. What xqn I do to bring it back!!!

Rinse them with clean water, pull them farther away from the lights, bull out any Blue spectrum bulbs you have, and let them heal.

Only clear non nuted water until you see new growth take.

That's what I would do.

What do you mean by bull out the blue spectrum

Sorry.. I mean PULL out the blue spectrum.. as in if you have any 5000-6500k CFL or MH etc, use them until you can see you have established new growth.

Clean the leaves and see if that works...

Yeah rinse them off in cool water at the end of your light cycle for the day (or now).

I wouldn't put them back under light till the next day (but that might be just me).

I had some gnat looking things from some new soil I was experimenting with. I was gonna get some DE DIATOMACEOUS EARTH to deal with them. In the meantime, I stopped all watering (I grow in soil) and covered all the surface area of the soil with Perlite. I also put up sticky fly trap tape around the pots.

They perished over the course of a week or two.
