Didn't think I'd get this far on my first try.......Now what?

First off, thanks to the "search" function and everyone for a great place to extend anyone's growing knowledge.
I've never grown a thing in my 55 yrs, and figured why not give it a try.....
Set up is 4x4 with a Photontek SQ300 pro, Upgrading to the 465 pro on Monday. Giggity :fire:
6" vortex with a monster Phresh filter, a couple of fans and a humidifier
I was given some Mills with my light and thought I'd try that...
Started seeds in straight Promix HP, nothing else.
Seeds were from our local Gov't disp.
Sugar Diesel Fem Auto's from Ancestral Seeds.
Started at 24/0 and have switched to 18/6 due to afternoon heat......Did I mention I'm in an apartment?

As you can see, I need to keep things simple and am way to much of a noob to do salts for my first time
my first attempt at feeding using Mills....would't of paid the bills. But maybe in the future.
20230508_092238.jpg20230508_092234.jpg After first feeding with salts they went N tox (self diagnosed), so I figured the only fix was a good flush, of course that led to them being over watered
I really thought they were doomed.......

So, to try and get them dried out, I transplanted (another first for me) on May 8th and put them into 3 gal fab pots
With Promix HP,sea compost, perilite, ewc, and GG 4-4-4..left it dry for a day and a half to try and get out the moisture asap .......
And this is what they look like today:bigjoint:

Not a bad come back, if I do say so my self.

Soooooooooooo, what do I do now?
I tried to LST last night but woke up and they had straightened out.
Should I just leave them be?
Some beautiful growth under the big fans.
Height may be stunted from the rough start? or genetics, not much on the breeder. Besides being from my home province of beautiful BC..

The Photontek 465pro will be hung on Monday.
I am truly amazed at how therapeutic this has been, I regret not getting started sooner

Could someone chime up on what I should expect and what to do next, It would be greatly appreciated

With 4 plants in a 4x4, I'd get a SCROG going. It will give you better use of the grow space, potentially increase yield, and helps manage plant height as they mature toward flowering. It's a beginner friendly technique too, in my opinion anyway.
You're geared up for a first grow, congrats on that. I'm sure you're going to be happy with the results. Patience is all you need now.
As far as the height goes, yes, they may have been stunted from the rough start, or it could be genetics. You're on the right track.
I really like 3 gallon fabric pots. I've gone full cycle in 2 gal, but I like the 3 gallon better. Lot's of people swear by bigger root zones, smaller size pots work for what I'm doing though, just a little quality personal smoke.

make sure you can test the ph and ppm of the water you give them during flower, so the water is not to acidic or alkaline 5.5 - 6.0 ph

you going to need to up the ppm in flower with the new light, so a blue lab truncheon, is a must have imo

I wouldn't get too caught up in training your plant or scrogging. Just keep it simple and try to get to harvest without interfering with them too much. Like another poster said just top them once and then get out of the way! Plenty of time to refine your approach after you have some results to consider. Good luck!

OK, thank you. Topping is ok 3 weeks into an auto strain?
I'll attempt that tonight when lights go on...... Guess I've got my next step of research to do.
Never topped before
No where near a scrog atm, imo
