I would just like to start out by saying that this is a legal medical grow and do no wish any pictures or information posted on this thread to be taken as encouragement for people who are not legal.

I have twenty total plants. Seven diesal, eight og kush, two strawberry cough, one blue lemon thai, one jack, and one og #18. I have two 1000 watt light systems using Hortilux bulbs and six inch Magnum XXX air-cooled reflectors. I have two six inch inline fans connected to the lights sucking air from the room through a carbon air filter and then sent out of the room through a window that leads outside. I have one six inch inline fan sucking cool air from a vent by the floor and blowing it into a carbon air filter for fresh air. Here are some pictures of the set up.

I use a Hydrologic Stealth RO water filter because my tap water is too strong. I use Biotanicare Cal/Mag and Canna Bio Vega nutrients. My soil is a mix of about 60% Canna Coco and 40% Fox Farm Organic Happy Frog. I use four gallon pots.

Plants are five weeks old from the day I planted the seeds. One diesal and one og kush are about eighteen inches tall while the rest are either just under or just over a foot. Recently they've been exploding, but I was experiencing a few nutrient problems on a few of them and was hoping to get some feedback on. The temperature has been consistent between 76-83 with the exception of memorial day weekend when it creeped up to 94 for a couple days. Humidity has also been consistent between 40%-50%. I've been feeding the og kush 100 ppm of cal/mag and 100-150 ppm of bio vega. The rest I've been feeding 100 ppm of cal/mag and 200-250 ppm of bio vega. I water whenever the soil is dry an inch beneath the surface. So far I've made two noticeable mistakes. At the beginning I tried to use the Bio Canna nutrients with solely a Canna Coco growing medium. This didn't work out at all and ended up going to the mix that I stated above. Secondly, when the plants were young and receiving no nutes just water, I was watering according to size and didn't switch to watering by strain when I started using nutes. After the first watering with nutes I realized what I was did wrong and switched to watering by strain and they've responded well ever since the second watering with nutes. I've realized the diesal will eat anything I give them while the og kush need a little less and the strawberry cough need even less than that. Here are some pictures. The diesal are on the left with the blue lemon thai in the middle, the jack being the smallest one and and the strawberry cough on the side. The og kush and og #18 are on the right.

This is a nute problem I had on two diesal and three og kush.

This is the OG #18, waxy leaves and weird growth.

These leaves are on one of the og kush.

These are the strawberry cough. I'm hoping I can save them and hope I realized what to do early enough. Only time will tell.

This is the jack. Smallest out of all, slow growth, waxy leaves. Not sure about this one.

And this is probably the best looking one and most healthy overall. The blue lemon thai.

Feedback is always welcome. Will update weekly with pictures hopefully.

So I apologize for the duration between posts but I've been quite busy lately keeping up with these girls. So continuing from my last post, I purchased another tarp so that I could spread the girls out more without risk of damaging the carpet. When I did this however, I realized that the spacing between nodes was a little more stretched than i would've liked before flowering and overall they weren't as bushy as I wanted them to be before flowering.

So I read up and decided to "lollipop" my girls along with trying my hand for the first time at supercropping. I trimmed off the bottom six inches of each girl and then took each branch, including the main stalk, pinched them between my thumb and index finger till I heard the inside break and then I bent it over so that the end of the branch was lower than the original wound. It took a couple days for the girls to heal the wounds and form knuckles, but once they did they've been MUCH more bushier and are closer to where I want them to be. They are all just around 24-26 inches, green, healthy, the diesal are still eating whatever I give them, last feeding was about 480 ppm, og kush are responding well to about 350 ppm right now and the blue lemon thai has been around 400. So today I decided to switch out the bulbs and turn the switch on the ballasts to hps. I have my light timers set so the lights will come around 9 pm (right around the time the temperature outside cools) until 9 am (right around the time the temperature starts to rise). This helps compensate have a poorly insulated first floor bedroom. So to today is day 1 of flowering and here are a few pics.

Glad to hear it cajungrower! When I planted this crop I was hoping that three blue lemon thai would be a decent plant because I've heard nothing about it and she's exceeding my expectations...i would love to get into breeding like you said but I'm restricted to over room at the moment...how far are your blt into flowering and how much are you feeding them?

So again I've been real busy keeping up with this grow but I'm on day 15 of flowering. So its three in the morning and I'm a lil baked right now and i'm going to rant for a min so you understand my thoughts when i see these plants, then i'll describe the details of what i've been doing and where they're at and a few pics. While this being true for most if not every person that reads this post, i'm a massive supporter for medical marijuana and the movement towards its full legalization. And for anyone, like myself, who may have to deal with any religious arguments against the subject...the marijuana PLANT is a bush or shrub, it is not a tree. It is an annual plant, it grows and then dies. It is not a perrenial plant enforcing the fact that its not a tree. In the Bible, did God not say to adam and eve in the beginning when he created the world that you may eat of anything in the garden of eden accept from the TREE of knowledge and good and evil? Going back to my previous statement, would you not agree that that would mean God said it isn't wrong to eat from the marijuana PLANT? Now God also said obey your government, but thats where the medical card comes into play. Now the one loop hole in my thinking about this would be that it is still illegal on a federal level, even though thats complete bullshit. I'm not a big conspiracy believer, but I am a firm believer that the reason it is illegal is because big pharmaceutical companies that are making billions of dollars and funding our politicians campaigns and whatnot, are terrified because they know that the legalization of marijuana will mean a decrease in their billion dollar profits. How else do you explain the fact that marijuana is still classified as a schedule 1 narcotic meaning no medical benefits? And on top of that, what is labeled as a schedule 2 narcotic meaning it has medical benefits? Cocaine. And while I'm not very knowledgeable on the subject of the ingredients in certain drugs such as vicodin and oxycotin, but the fact that they're completely man-made and can easily be altered and destroy people lives...its just wrong. But big pharma can sell that and make billions. But they don't like the idea of a completely non man-made, organic, natural product of nature that anyone can grow for themselves and can personally guarantee to themselves that its quality assured. They can't control a monopoly on that. Anyways thats just to explain that I am a very passionate advocate of marijuana.

The plants are all between 40-48 inches. Stalks on about half are about an 1/2 inch thick, the other half is about 3/4 inch I've been pushing them on nutes for the first two weeks of flowering before i switch from the bio vega to the bio flores and bio rhizotonic. I have a question though for anyone who has any advice based on experience or experience of another grower. While I attribute the high success of the quality of my bud on the last grow to two years of endless online grow forum reading, I believe 110% that experience is unmatched. Due to the situation with funds for nutes for the flowering phase (the nute line I use isn't the most inexpensive) I have a dilemma. I am purchasing the bio flores and bio rhizotonic on saturday, so three days. I've bneen watering about once every three or four days. With the last day that I watered being three days ago, and have enough nutes for about ten of my twenty plants, should I: 1) water all the plants now with just water? i use bio canna so theres not chemical build up in the soil, but i'm wondering if it would be nice to do before i switch base nutrients? or 2) let the soil dry out a lil bit more till whatever plants start to wilt a lil bit (hopefully not till i get the flowering nutes) and then water. With the logic being that the roots will use up all the nutes in the soil and stretch a lil bit in search for more since I'd be withholding a bit. That way they would eat up those flowering nutes right away.

Bud is forming at a great rate, especially since i haven't started the flowering nutes yet. Here are a few pics. Thanks for listening.

Week 5 Flowering

So everything has been great...over the last four or five days i've been having to tie up a lot of the side branches on every plant and a few of the plants were completely leaning...i've been pushing them on nutes and i pushed the og kush a little too hard...i lost the blue lemon thai, i was down below watering and looked up and saw the pistils coming out so i cut the bitch down and used it for butter...a major blow to the balls but you gotta move on...all of the buds to budge when pushed together, real dense, sticky, and smell phenomenal...i'm real excited cuz they still have about 2 or 3 weeks left to finish out...i'm using bio flores and bio boost, thinking about using kushie kush from advanced nutrients on four of the og kush...otherwise here are some pics enjoy!

I apologize...on my earlier post about the blue lemon thai i meant to say the yellow pollen things (bananas), not pistils

Everything has been going great...watering every 3 days...had to tie up each of the diesal, way too heavy...og kush are real frosty, strawberry cough have have the longest to go so far...and cajun grower, i can't tell you how devastated i was when i had to make the decision to cut it, it was definitely the frostiest of the whole bunch, and the best looking overall.
