Different colored bud compared to outside bud

One of my friends dropped a light on his plant at 6 weeks into flower. She had probably 3 weeks left. The trichs were all clear. We tried it anyway. It hit fast, and wore off fast. It was also less potent.
My advice, dry it, then make oil with it. If you usually use 30g per cup of oil, use 45 to 60g per cup. You probably won't enjoy smoking that, but it should be good for edibles. That was my experience anyway.
