Difficiency Problem With Pics

anyone? need some advice on what my next step should be

What I usually do if I'm not too sure is give a good flush and then give it a little bit of a product called Revive (from AN) in a foliar spray. It contains all the micro and macro nutrients that the plants are most likely to be deficient in (iron, zinc, magnesium, calcium, nitrogen and other crucial nutrients).

BUT, if it is a deficiency caused by over feeding than I'm not sure this is the best route... maybe just give a good flush and wait...

... also, are you able to check the PH of your run off? That is if you have a PH monitor.

All I have is the liquid drops, I can get one from my buddy though. Can you test the run off with the liquid PH testers or no?

Bump. I having the same problem with my leaves. I'm in hydro so I don't know if I'm simply deficient or locked out.

well when ur talking about nutes as roseman says "nutes are like words once words are said there is no taking them back, when u add nutes, you cannot take them back", wait till it dries out then flush

with the empson salts u were told to use before, dont give it to all plants just the ones with the yellowing around the edges, also a larger dose of cal mag would correct the problem

for the ones with nute burn flush(when they are dry) and see what happens(use 10-15x the pot size for the best flush - 2 gal pot = 20-30gal water), if they dont get worse you know it was that, if they do get worse get back on here with pitcures

btw i think the 10-15x the pot size is a bit over the top, i usually use 5-8x the pot size.... hope this helps

And ya that helps Ive never flushed with that much I usually flush twice the pot size, so that explains alot

Im having a similar prob, this is my first grow and everything was going good until a few weeks into my flowering stage (right know im in the fourth week of flowering) but the leaves are rusting and folding and yellowing, and a lot are dying. I have a 5x8 tent with 2 inline fans ans a 600w light. I tried to flush the soil the other day and i thought that would help unlock and build up in the soil but its just getting worse. Anyone have some answers

The pics you first posted are the EXACT same issue my plants are having. I grow in Ocean forest and use foxfarms big bloom and tiger at half strength. after 1 week in flower those rust spots showed up on the middle section fan leaves. I spent countless hours researching and everything I saw pointed to a PH nute lock out and or cal/mag deffiency. So I checked the soil runoff and it was at 5! needless to say I raised my tap water ph from a 7 to about an 8 and flushed. this raised the soil run off to around 6.5-7.0 and I figured I was golden. But shit was not getting better. So now I am raising the PH and adding CalMag at the reccommened strength. I did this for 2 waterings and it doesn't seem to be getting worse but at least they are still growing and budding nicely. Please let me know if you find anything that helps as I am in the same boat.

be very careful w/ epson. dissolve it in hot water. only use less than a 1/4 teaspoon per gall. just be cautious with it. man i yank 1 out of a container and make sure ur getting water down at the bottom of the root base. i use sunshine ...bales at a time. ive noticed this problem when being cautious not to overwater, ive actually let the roots dry up and die in the bases of my planters be4 and the top stays moist which had thrown me off before. sunshine claims to use a wetting agent, but i dont like it, and i mix my own into sunshine number uno, two or 4aggregate. that may be some of the problem. other than that just take it easy on the feeding in veg. they dont need a ton. always think less is more. either way they recover very fast from brown spotting. also being winter make sure cold intake isnt blowing directly on plants or youll get this look too..
