Is there a good reason to purchase separate meters or are the combo ones just as good? Are the combo pens as accurate as buying individual meters? What is a good one to buy? Thanks in advance!!!!
Hi there, i recently bought a combo meter, it does EC, CF and PPM, i also have a seperate PH meter, if i could i would rather have them all in one, its much easier than having 6 or 7 of these things and having to take the lid off and put it back on then get the next one, with a combo meter you just press a button and its ready to test the next thing you wish to test.
Wow, holy crap thats expensive, this is the one i bought slightly cheaper, actually its the cheapest i could get, it works fine i would like a 7 in 1 but hey I'm on a tight budget so.
trouble is, when one part of it breaks like mine did (ec reading) it fucked the whole thing up, so off to the shop to buy individual ones. Temps i have a thermomiter, ec,ppm, tds - bluelab wand and a £40 ph tester. csending the 3-in-1 wand back, takes 4-6 weeks for manufacturer to get it back!!!!
