What type(s) of dimmers can I use with an EagleRise EWP040C1050LED4P power supply please?

Thanks!
What drivers and leds do you have?Okay, so I am a little further along but still groping for answers. I have some dimmable(0-10) constant current power supplies all supplying various voltages of more than 12vdc. Most of my LEDs are 12vdc. I need to supply power to these LEDs and need to reduce the voltage as such.
I have some b100k pots. I am finding different results when using the pots with different combinations of power supply and LED. Sometimes the LEDs don't light at all until the pots are at level 5 and sometimes they light right away but at full brightness. I am assuming I need to match the pot to the power supply/LED combination but do not know how this is done.
I know the stats for the power supplies but assume I will need to use my multimeter to understand how much current a given LED is drawing but have no idea how to do this. Then I will need to do some math to find out what size pot I need. I am hoping to stick with just a couple of sizes of the potentiometer and use inline resistors to adjust if possible.
Thanks in advance for your help. This is my only means of income so I really need to solve this problem soon. I don't make as much as you guys as I am actually growing real tomatoes
So, that is a big part of the problem. Have been collecting drivers and LEDs from different sources. I now have over 200 drivers and about that many LEDs. Everything from LED strips to fairy lights, to COBs, to downlights. Most of the drivers are dimmable constant current, but there are a few 12V power adapters. Now I need to start matching the driver to the LED and buying resistors when needed. If I just buy a bunch of different size resistors, I could muddle my way through it by trial and error, but I would prefer to actually understand what I am doing. What drivers and leds do you have?
