Has anyone taken any clones of the BW?? If so, was it easy and did they root pretty fast or not. Any input appreciated, my BW is germing as we speak and I have 100 acres of farmland to put a few tree's in. Lmao

I took a clone right before flower, just to see how easy it was to clone and I had no problems.

Good looking stuff, man! I was debating about whether to propagate my Dinafem Blue Widow Seeds and I think I just got my answer! Looking forward to some harvest pics. I have flowered Blue Widow before, but it was from Marijuanaseed.nl, and had a little issue with stability. I am subbed!

Hey, Glad to see the thread is filling up with other people growing or thinking about growing blue widow. There will be morepics soon i promise it's just i have changed hours at work and i only seem to be home when the lights are on my camera doesn't handle the HPS very well, so the pics will be when i chop it or this weekend if it goes longer than that. Truly is an awesome plant, iv never had such consistent BIG BUDS on a plant. the main tops anyway. I recommend from a growing point of view, can't wait to find out how she smokes, any input on that would be greatly appreciated as no1 seems to have smoked her yet, to be honest don't think many people including myself would of given her a chance if it wasn't a freebie but now as long she istasty and smelly when dried and cured i will be doing this again, seems like a good production plant for people after yield, like i said cant tell you about quality yet but she seems fantastic. Nice1

you can take plants out of the hps light and get good pix ... i will be growing this strain... so i will be expecting a full smoke report from you

Thats what i wanted to hear, been dying to try some Blueberry. Also the white widow wasn't really for me in taste, shes a bit harsh and hashy over fruity if you know what i mean, and im a fruity person really. Nice1

I know i do with most but not this she's a monster would be impossible to move now, she's at just over 4ft and tied up like crazy now coz the branches were all falling down and taking the whole plant with it. I can't even get her out for a full res change i just have to keep topping the bucket up. Thats 1 downside of DWC is when they get weighty the net pot just tips out of the bucket and the plant just goes timber and was crushing my other plant, thankfully they were both fine, i just heard this horrible sound come from the tent jumped up to find the blue widow lying ontop of my jacky white cutting. Shes all good now tho i got string holding all the branches to the top of the tent. Nice1

Got my freebie BW seed going now as well.....soil grow under 600hps x 4.......she is doing quite nice at week 3 of flowering.....gonna be a huge yielder though I can already tell.....Dinafem did a great job with this one

10th week is tomorro Flake, or did you chop already? Hey man, I don't see any amber trichs yet. When did you first notice amber trichomes on yours? I am prepared to wait as long as possible. I told ya I smoked some by fast drying it in oven on 170 for about 5-7 minutes. It is killer now, I can't wait til its done. It does not have the couchlock just yet. It tastes fruity now, I can't wait til it cures. Hope all is well with yours. Maybe after this you can get with me on the DWC method you use and how to rig it up. I am very curious about that. 7 days in ezclone(about avg.) day 49 and i found a banana so they might come down this weekend so they dont seed the AK47s. anyone chop yet?

Guys, mine just poked her head out of the rockwool. Everyone is going indoors, so I feel it is only right to do this beast in a 10 gallon pot of my finest organic mix and put her outside. Let's see what happens. Lmao!!! Appreciate that JB...can't believe it hermed on you... Shit save the pollen and use it on something just for kicks.

Ap, probably just gonna put her in a nice mix and let her go. If flake has it at 4 feet tall in a dwc setup, I would like to see how tall she gets outside. I put in two orders, one at attitude and one with castle, and they both came in this week. So far I have the Blue Widow, Blue Hash, and G13 Super Skunk poppin up. Flake, can't wait to see the yield you pull off that thing!!!

Hey, there will be pics 2day as i am up b4 lights on, i'll make sure i take em just gotta find batteries for camera "since when did AAA's take over as the standard battery round the house" I can't find any AA's anywhere they used to be everywhere but now it seems everything uses AAA's. Anyway i think im letting her go another week now, it's one of these plants that seem to mature at the bottom 1st as the lower buds seem all ready but the main tops could use another week, you will see in the pics. Keep an eye out later on coz these buds are crazy. Nice1

Well i decided she didnt need any more time so gave her the chop. I haven't paid 2 much attention to her the last few days probably because i managed to get hold of some tasty white widow to smoke, and its crazy how quick she finished up, she got nice mix of cloudy and amber trichs so was perfect timing anyway. She has got like 5 massive colas on her and loads of nice nugs all over her, really dense and real fruity smelling, looks like a hell of a good yield cant wait for the dry weight, i reckon she will be a record for me of 1 plant, and my record is 8oz. There is a pic of 1 of the purple buds i spoke about aswell, and the root ball was insane so theres a pic of that also. so enjoy the harvest i know i have. Smoke report coming soon ,well soon enough.
