any 1 got any ways to get rid ov black fly... i have had a few blak fly the last few days and have noticed them fuken bowt in me potts... i also saw on a thread on here if you hav got any yellow spots on your leafs lyk burn marks to check the unda side. i noticed this on 1 leaf on 1 plant and saw a little white tiny fuken lukn magit fing.

i have just been onto my local hydro store and they said to use gnatt off for the blak fly and a spray solution for the magit twats,the only thing is the gnatt off is twenty pound and the spray is a tena. i havent got the coin so any ideas what i can d i am 3 ta 4 weeks from finish and am gutted.
help........

Seriously, buy the spray. We are talking about plants you spend hundred of dollars on!

or

Heat up approx 2 liters of water with 8 heads of Garlic (cut so all cloves have been cut in half) and 10 - 15 of the hottest chilli's you can get. Once it starts to boil turn it down to simmer, give it approx 15 min then let it cool.

Add a liquid soap but be sure to use soft soap based on potassium rather than ordinary soap based on sodium, a substance you don't want to add to your soil. Strain it to take out the pieces then dilute 10:1.

nice 1 m8 thanks for the post.......got me devistated, i have only ever used a n.f.t system and never had this problem b4 proper cunt.

well up ta now av sat in the tent 4 an hour and killed atleast 5 a was tappn the pts and lightly shaken the plant av getn az may az a can see the bastads.

get sum small spiders form your garden, it work well for me, as im trying to stay organic. good luck!!

That sux, you have a fert problem in the soil. Too much crap basically and the flies are coming from it. You might have to scrape off 2 to 3 inches of topsoil so they don't breed and I saw an earlier post of garlic hot spicy spray that should work. This happened to me once in 1995 when I used cow manure as a fertilizer(experimented) never again.

nice info bud. av just gettin bk from me local hydro store. the bloke in the shop said the is a chance its from the soil.... i bought a bottle ov gnatt off ta ad 2 my feed wich will kill the blak fly and a bottle ov plant vitality wich i spray on b4 me light goes off... a hope these work.

You would be amazed how effective a fly strip or glue strip is. No chems. I found an earwig in my grow room today... Now it's time to put glue strips out.

the lights went on b4 had gud luk and tuch wood and fingaz crosst a cudnt see a fly. lets hope thats it 4 the blak bastads. al just keep feeding me bitches 1s a week with gnatt off and hopefuly tha shud b tha
