Help!!!

I'm just after realising that my beautiful girls are after suffering a terrible trauma - and they are beginning to look like they have.

Here is the timeline
Saturday 16th: realised the light cycle is completely wrong

Up to Sunday 10th: light cycle was 11am to 11pm

Sunday 10th:
they spent the day outside

the timer switched off during the day (causing the problems)

they were moved inside at 9pm

they received indoor light from 9pm to 6am
Monday 11th: dark cycle 6am - 6pm
Tuesday 12th to Saturday 16th: light cycle 6pm to 6am

Help - what should I do??? They are not looking well one of them is looking very pale and the other is getting pale bits on the inner parts of the leaves.

Will they die? Has anyone else done this?

Calm down that's not a disaster. It takes a week for the plant to react to a changed light cycle, merely put them back on their original cycle or keep them on the current one, as long as they get at least 12 hours of dark they are fine.

don't be, I've seen people go from a 12 am to 12 pm light cycle to a 12pm to 12 am simply by leaving the lights on for 24 hours

once flowering, more dark is better than more light. keep this in mind for future problems. if you have to move them or whatnot, more dark.....

they'll be ok, just get them on a schedule, and keep them there. cannabis does well in almost any environment, as long as it's conditions are stable.

Newcastle Australia just had a HUGE cyclone and flood hit it...

needless to say we had no power for around 2 days and up to 7 weeks in some areas.

my lights were off for around 2 days and my girls actually had a growth spurt, my friends did as well.

I was in the growth cycle and my friend was in the bloom.

both of our plants are fine.

just keep everything else as stable as possible and you'll be fine.
