So I’ve posted over the past month about an issue I was having on my one plant. That issue hasn’t exactly gone away, but now I’m seeing some discolored spots on my second plant and want to try and pin this down.
5 gal fabric pots (transplanted friday) FFOF & FFHF, no nutes have been fed. I wasn’t adjusting for ph a few weeks back, but the last 3 watering or so have been ph’d between 6.3-6.7 (using drip test kit, hard to pinpoint a number)
Sf1000 18” above canopy, 4 clip fans in various spots, 6” inline exhaust, 2 clips fans acting as intakes. Day time temps 77~80 & 60% Rh. Lights off 70~73 & 60%rh. Watering 1.25 gal per plant every 4-5 days.
So my one plant started showing these issues early, crunchy spots, brown rust colored spots, some waxy spots and leaf twists. New growth still coming nice and steady, but after a few days some would get twisted and waxy looking. At this point I started to adjust the ph, still seeing issues.
Now on my healthy plant I’ve started to see a similar issue starting-someone had mentioned it might be a cal-Mag issue, but I’ve been hesitant to start adding cal-Mag without knowing what this is.
Any thoughts??
(Pics 1,2 are from “healthy” plant 3-5 are from other plant affected earlier)
