I spoke with some acquaintances who have expressed they will not be attempting to operate/ apply to operate until the Nov election has passed....

Does anybody know if there have been and operation inspections or if anyone has applied to be inspected?

i hate to say "i told everyone so" - i doubt any open in 2012 and if they do - they will be shut down within days.

Nobody has applied for an operation license yet. A guy I know said he wants to apply for his by the end of the week or early next week. Even if he gets approved, he won't open up for a couple more months.

Where which chaa? What county? Can the start growing if they are approved to operate but not open? What's the definition of open according to dhs pertaining to the 25 mile rule?

I don't want to give out too much info since the chaa are fewer and far between on our side (northwest az). Cultivation will be allowed but according to the azdhs the 25 mile rule will not be in effect until the patients are able to get meds from the dispensary.

Thanks for the info. I understand about ur need for discretion.

That's good to know somebody is doing it before us...I as quite nervous when my friend said he would be the first to put in for his operators permit. I'm very curious to see if anything happens.

I think we are all in the same boat here. As a patient, I am starved for information. I currently have the authorization to cultivate, but without a list of approved dispensaries I am fearful in doing so. not so much for myself as I am for the entire program. I have a sneaking suspicion that the govt. wants this program to fail and will look for, if not create, enough issues that will give them the ability to shut it down and incarcerate as many people as possible.

We need to stay informed, and to play by the rules to make this successful for all involved.

I wish that we could get all of the information we seek from the department of health.

The program will be shut down but I have no clue how or by who...

The Act will be here to stay! Our elected officials under Oath vowed to uphold the Constitution as the Superior Law of The Land! Issuing a license to patients, caregivers, dispensary agents, & dispensaries to cultivate marijuana is not upholding the Constitution! The powers have been delegated in this case! This will be what shuts down the Program! Luckily the officials have political immunity or they would be in Federal Prison for being in control of an Illegal Enterprise! Ask Brewer about the DUI on the I-17 (she was not charged- after having a few glasses of Whiskey and running into the back of a van. She was driven home by a DPS officer under the cloud of deception)

the FEDs will be shutting down dispensaries and their cultivation facilities.... If you are wise.. You would walk away from anyone with such intentions! There is no way you can legally grow marijuana PERIOD! The FEDs are very limited on the approach of arresting patients and their caregivers! Therre is no money to be had! They want the big Guys!

The Controlled Substance Act was not to rid the Nation of drugs but to control the legitimate and illegitimate traffic of drugs into the US! FACT!

To Fast Too Furious!! HA! Look at that operation! It was to help one side of the War! Many members of this so called "cartel" are working directly with handlers who's only intent is to fulfill their objectives - not to stop drugs but to have more control!

Read between the lines!

Further, the rescheduling goes deep! Very Deep! Too many hands are in the cookie jar! It is my opinion, this War on Drugs will get worst before Marijuana is ever taken off the Controlled Substance Act! But I can hope for what is unseen and have Faith!
