Anybody know if you can purchase at a dispensary if you only have the paper work and have not yet received your card?
Thanks
Thanks
I was told that since Michigan is so far behind with issuing the MM cards a copy of your paperwork can be used until it arrives. The paperwork can be used for legal proof (authorities) and dispensing (purchasing).Anybody know if you can purchase at a dispensary if you only have the paper work and have not yet received your card? Thanks
most of them yes they will recognize just the paper work..Anybody know if you can purchase at a dispensary if you only have the paper work and have not yet received your card?

YOU sign who you want as your caregiver, or noone at all if you like. The choice is always yours. As a side question, when you present your information to a dispensary, are you giving up your rights to grow? That is, does the dispensary make themselves your caregiver by default? Given the 3+ month initial startup time required to become self-sustaining, the dispensary would be a great asset -as long as one is allowed to both grow their own medicine as well as frequent the dispensaries; is this the case?
No, absolutely not. The dispensaries operate in a gray area of the law where trading and selling of meds amongst legal growers isn't policed. You can grow and sell your overage to other legal users as I understand it. But buying at a dispensary doesn't make them your caregiver. As a side question, when you present your information to a dispensary, are you giving up your rights to grow?
