Dispensary Clones Need Advice (TMV, Nute Lockout, or Ca/Mg deficiency?)

Hey everyone,

So I bought these clones (roughly 5" tall when bought) from a local rec dispensary here in CO. When I bought them they looked pretty healthy with some very minor leaf twisting.

I transplanted the rockwool into solo cups to acclimate them to the soil I was going to be using (Fox Farm Happy Frog) and within 2 days the roots had completely filled the new soil.

During this time what little new growth had occurred was very twisted (side to side) and the leaves started showing some mottled yellowing, primarily between the veins.

I assumed it was a nute uptake issue due to transplant shock.

Anyway, fast forward to today. It's been about 2 weeks since I purchased the clones and they have been living in 3 gallon fabric pots since March 6th.

Up until about 4 days ago, my plants had really only grown roughly an inch, and all of the new leaves have been mottled, but not to as bad of an extent. New leaves had appeared but were growing very slowly.

On one of the plants, some of the fan leaves that were there pre-cloning had started to show rusty looking spots and I have made the decision to remove them. That plant has stayed very small and bushy this whole time. The other plant finally decided to start some vertical growth, but the fan leaves wouldnt grow any bigger than a 50 cent piece until yesterday. About 3 days ago I did a soil drench with Physan 20 because I presumed some level of root rot / infection was part of my problem due to overwatering and high humidity at the beginning. That seems to have sparked some real growth.

Both plants currently have curling yellowed/brown leaf tips / tacoing going on) especially on new growth.

Things seem to be getting better slowly. I'm concerned that my plants may have TMV but I want to rule out other causes before I terminate them and start over.

My other guesses are Cal/Mag deficiency or an unknown PH issue, though multiple PH soil tests show the PH being right around 6.5-7. I have a new PH meter coming Monday that should give me a more precise measurement.

Hoping for some tips here. Thanks everyone!

The first 4 images are of the plant that is growing vertically and had more mottled coloring (Colorado Chem)

The rest are of the shorter plant that had some of those rusty leaves and has had some stunted fan leaf growth (Cherry Lime Haze)

No one knows I'm pretty sure. Been asked about for years now. I thought TMV everyone told me no. I thought broad mites people told me no. Not sure where you live , but common here in California when getting clones.

Guess I will do an Epsom Salt Foliar Feed tonight and see if there is any improvement. Use some CalMag on my next water. Not sure what else to do. This is fresh soil, less than 2 weeks planted, there shouldnt be anything lacking. Soil could be too hot, locking out uptake. All else fails, I'll flush a couple times. Maybe the recent growth is a sign of the plants acclimating to the soil, but I doubt it.
