Dispensary prices

The market is nuts and not sure why anyone would want to grow their own at this point other than just the hobby of it. However a lot of the dispos do run a little bait and switch operation with their flower. They'll lure you in with some nice $100 zips one week and the next it could be some crappy stuff. I think more rural areas have the best deals. They're competition is stiffer since there isn't as many people who might going to stores in the metro area. That might slow up though since Ohio is poised to become legal at the end of the year. Just like it was mentioned I just can't see how they can produce it for so cheap. If an oz is $40 what they heck are they buying it for? I would have to expect some serious slow downs to come especially with how things are economically and how tight finances are for people. Skymint went into some kind of bankruptcy and these were some of the bigger players. Maybe the others are trying to hold on to as long as possible to push the smaller or companies with less capital to survive out.

If I could buy $40 zips I’d never grow again.

BRA at first I assumed you were talking about 40 dollar 8th's but your talking about getting a OZ of good bud for 40 dollars wtf ? did it have a good smell? around my area the cheapest I can get a OZ for is 75 and the oz sucks balls of steel lmfao if you want a oz of good quality herb in my area it costs minimum 240 a OZ

Ive seen pure shit $40 zips and decent ones. I believe the dispos do a lot of bait and switch when it comes to cheaper product. All of it is definitely old stock too if i had to guess. I'm about 40 minutes north of detroit and there is two dispos. They charge more but have cheaper options. Most of the real cheap stuff I heard is more close to the borders.

Is a zip same as a lid? Wossa lid?

When I popped this years grow I went to the local because I wanted to taste their "Durban Poison" at $60 for an eighth. When I got it home I discovered it didn't taste like DP but again that sickly sweet medicine taste. I'm mixing it with leftover Malawi so I don't get much of that taste.

Can't wait for this years harvest. Enjoy your dispensary crap, kingzt.

I didn't try it, but he said it was top shelf..it looked top shelf.

I rarely buy dispensary weed, mostly because the quality sucks or is very inconsistent. But I love shatter, and get it for $10 gram at the dispensary, 73% THC.

Dispo stuff here’s decent but still like 150- 200/oz for nice nugs, I love growing too so I’m not worried about it getting cheaper my shits just for me and the roomies. I can see the industry trying to make flower cheap enough to deter home growing though if weed were $40/oz it’d be hard to justify spending a grand setting up a tent for most people

Except if u home grow, you know fo' sho' wtf u grow. Not to mention from what I see in RIU (i never tried any) it's way superior smoke, quality, taste, mellowness of flavor, etc. So, there's that. If there was no stigma, i had nothing to fear, i'd sure plant me some.
