Hello,
It's my first post on here. I'm a grower with a few succesful grows.
I recently accuired a strain that has unusual way of growing and it's really high yeilding.
The unusual growing habit requires some extensive lighting and grow room designing to get the full advantage out of it.
I do have 500 carefully selected 1w leds(they also lead to a carefully selected blue/red ratio, with a few spices) and umm.. "the panel" they are going into but I've got this slight problem: I need 500w of led drivers to power it up. I'm newbie with electronics but I know for sure that I ain't going to use resistors to do this. DealExtreme had 96w/12v led drivers up for 35$/piece, I'd need six of those.. So I'm looking for a cheaper solution.
Let's discuss. Perhaps we could get more discussion on DIY LED Grow Lights?
