OP- Have you considered retrofitting some parts from the water-cooled PC niche? They use comparatively small reservoir and radiator setups and often deal with similar temperatures. Might be worth looking into.

I would not buy into plastic heat sinks, you are not the one benefiting, the manufacturer is. I cant really visualize your cooling system, heatsinks can be bought very very cheap,say $10-$15 if you know where to look.

Good eye mate. Im in the US.

Im running 240 3w leds. 60 on each panel. Im thinking of getting a dc dc converter.
