Very nice build, couple of thoughts though from my own large COB run.
I would build an insulated box type top for the lights with fittings that allow air to be sucked out, kinda like a vented hood does.
We run 3.8kW of COBs and they do put out more than enough heat on a summers day.

Granted your four units only put out 4800BTU of heat so even a small air con can deal with that if needed.
By the time you come to 20 light units you will want 4000BTU of cooling for every 1kW dumped into the room as energy.

My friends took the chance, plain postal tube, we are happy to run clone only strains.

Well the good news is they are easy to make, maybe 20 min for the first one and then it gets faster from there... Think I built the last one in about 10 min. So ASAP is doable =)

If People wanted the PCB's I'd just have to place an order and ship them out.

no i have not was looking at cookie strains but cant tell the good ones from the bad ones. i use to kill GSC but then i moved back to this city and they are no where to be found lol i miss Vancouver. how are the strains from ethos

I dono how good his strains are but they look great and I have heard from people that he is a very good breeder. I feel like I try to look at only good to great strains and have achieved more or less what I was hoping to get out of the seeds I bought. I'm sure many breeders have a gem or two hidden in their collection but I believe some breeders simply have many more great genetics to breed with, thus giving them more options.

google something like; "kicad/eagle layout tutorial" etc there's tons of diy help out there, or farm it out to someone who is already good at pcb layout as it can be a deeeep hobby on its own
