well if u are in good condition with the re-soldering those cables and know the relation with the drivers current and voltage of your led's then you can make magicPlease excuse my ignorance, but is it possible to convert a fixture from blurple to Cree or Vero? I have about 8 of these that I received as part of a trade and wondered if they are good for anything?
Yes Growmau5 does a video on itPlease excuse my ignorance, but is it possible to convert a fixture from blurple to Cree or Vero? I have about 8 of these that I received as part of a trade and wondered if they are good for anything?
Thanks, I will try to find it!Yes Growmau5 does a video on it
What's your budget? No matter how low there's a better option with cons... That might mean driving them harder but even so you're going to be more efficient than a Gaveda which is something in the high 30%s.I know all very well, and crees cobs are expensive for me
specially I want some blurple and 2-3 cobs in addition
I need help about the driver current and voltage things ,
No, the main reason is that this forum is full of bandwagoners. Not many like the blurple and know that it's not as good as white light. It does grow but it's not very efficient. That's the main reason..
@cindysid Not sure if you already found it but here's the video. Please excuse my ignorance, but is it possible to convert a fixture from blurple to Cree or Vero? I have about 8 of these that I received as part of a trade and wondered if they are good for anything?
Well that's at center, I would like to see what it's PPFD is throughout. Of course it puts out good results, but only in the range provided. Watt to watt I would like to see an LED on LED comparison to see if the full range beats out the monos on a watt to watt comparison.
