+1 on the pump being twice the size you want.
Get a single 500gph and run it through the chiller and out into the system if you were already planning on just pumping through the chiller.
You want the blue drains to be 2" and the feed lines should step down in size at the sites to create head pressure.
Otherwise, you drawn up what looks to be a pretty solid layout
Thanks fragileassassin, Was originally thinking of only running 1 water pump, but heard not to pump directly from chiller to grow sites through the waterfalls because of the temperature differentials. Also wanted lots of pressure to grow sites is why I went with 1000 GPH, but it may be too big of a pump for chiller unless using valves to restrict? Maybe this would create more heat though and make chiller work more than it should.
As for the head pressure, I was planning on running 1/2” PVC Inside each grow site with a tee, a couple elbows, plugs, and drill holes for waterfalls. Any thoughts on this?
I have 2 active aqua 1000 GPH and 2 active aqua 400 GPH water pumps.
Would you suggest making a manifold?
