DIY scrog

I'm going to be making a 4x4 scrog. I've heard it's beneficial to be able to raise and lower the net as necessary. So would it be wiser to hang the screen from the ceiling. Most pictures I see usually have legs.

Ive just got into the scrog sceen, finished one 5x4.5, made from pvc with legs. I will be hanging it from the cieling next run, and probably converting the rest of the rooms to the same thing...i would of done it that way to begin with but the thought didnt occur to me.
