DIY with Quantum Boards

It's going to be pretty much exactly the same as growmau5 quantum canopy

If you have the original phytomax your going to have quite a bit more light with your current setup. Phytomax 2 is 1.66 umol/j . The phytomax 1 is 1.331 umol/j so you will be roughly twice as efficient per watt...... So yeah a lot more light than either the new or old Blackdog 1000.

Did you get S6 boards? Growmau5 quantum canopy was S5 higher VF bin. The new S6 boards are 10+% more efficient!!!!!

That was my goal was to blow the black dogs out of the water and yes I have the S6 boards

Quantum Boards work - i massively neglected this run and they've still performed...16 plants in a 4x8 in 6l coco air pots. expecting 3 - 4 ounces a plant, nugs on nugsPZ2A6022.jpg PZ2A6015.jpg

Although it's been hot as hell out west ... The Quantums have barely raised a sweat .
Plants are not heat stressed at all , before .... I would add some silica to mixes for strengthening up the ladies , not this time.

No AC for me ... Just oscillating air movement. I guess those HID boys are used to blast furnace temps , and crispy ass plants ..... Screw that . You couldn't pay me to go back to other lights.

This Tangerine Dream is growing like no problem ...

I started including ful-power in my regiment. Today I hit everyone with 15ml foilar spray. Excited to see these results in tupur.

Bro the Ful-Power is rocking for me in my Tupur under the LED's. I use it for foliar and in the feeds via the water. I'm at 20/ml per gallon and loving it.

Good luck and looking good.!

In a tent, optics are not needed as they would be in an open room, as the light losses are much smaller because of the diffuse light from the reflective walls.
I guess I can look into some low uv resting plastic. Just don't want to spray this bad boy at all when I foliar feed or spray for pests

qa1.JPG Swapped out my 2x 150w cmh out the 2x4 tent.

Running 2x288 qbs at 2100ma running around 100w for now ,temps 23c with my extractor on 30% im still trying to balance everything at the moment.

The cmh (942) can veg plants very very quick so tough competition .

Stardawg x granola funk , Got some sherbert bx and chopchip cookie to go in too.

Wow! I have a 4x4 FLOWER only tent, have been running 600w hps in. I'm tired of all the heat I deal with, specially in the desert southwest!
I am switching to led's. Been thinking of cobs but after seeing these boards I am wondering what direction would be better.

I can't do the entire tent at once but I have $350 to use right now. I was gonna go with six clu048-1212 along with everything else to get em up and running. I planned to use hlg320 1050 and have 8 cobs per driver for a total of 16 in the end all said and done and running at I believe would be close to 40w a cob.

But can I get one or two boards and be in the price range of $350? And will it compare to the what $350 in cobs will do?
I see Stephenj37826 you have them in 5000k in stock but I no 3000k or 3500k.
Is there anywhere I can find them in the spectrum I need for flower?

I got 4 qb304 running off two 240-1050a driver ready for flower. How hard are you guys pushing these thing? I've notice two boards on one driver can go up to 305watts on the killawatts.

Suggesting in veg and flower
