Thanks! That PPFD should be pretty easily attainable at that distance but I'm not sure how far out from directly beneath the lights you could maintain it. I'll give it a try next week sometime and see.Hello,
Great work on slate 3 triple analysis..
Did you look at 12 inch or lower height and effect on PPFD.
Wondered what height and wattage would provide 800-900 PPFD on triple slate 288.
Thanks.
Thanks dudeI've very much enjoyed your videos!
I was thinking of having the slate 3 triple cover an area of 3x2 or 6 s.f. board length is 35".. YouThanks! Not if it's solid QB. They're about 1'x0.5', so two of them cover a sq ft. Of course it would cost you about $150 /sq ft but let's just say price is not a concern. I guess the LEDs only put out about 30 lm each so you'd need about 250 for a square foot, so one QB per sq ft would be about right, with 304 LEDs. Okay never mind the test then, probably irrelevant. However, trying to light more than one sq ft with a QB would seem inadvisable, at least at their normal current. What's 304 x 30 lm? About 9000, slightly more than what one sq ft would need, which is 7000-7500 lm. No matter how you try to position them, you could never get more than 9000 lm out of a QB could you? Let's be generous and say a QB could cover 2 sq ft, at reduced intensity. That's not even 2'x2', more like 1.5'x1.5'.How many people run setups like this? I'm not being snarky either, I'm genuinely curious. I'd think that running this close to the light would severely restrict its coverage.

A few guys in the UK have ordered/used these so don't worry about getting them from that perspective. The issue is that they literally sell like hot cakes...like the very best hottest cake you could ever wish for!Hi guys

I'll let @Stephenj37826 answer the shipping costs but just be aware that there may be an import tax to pay in Holland. You'll need to find out what rate that is etc...or you could just wait until they turn up and see how many Euros the delivery company ask for. It won't be a lot on a small kit....maybe 15-30 Euros I'd imagine but I don't know for sure. Thanks
Any idea what the shipping plus tax will be to holland?
