It is under the series dimmable section.
The 132s do use more voltage though, for pretty low amounts of potential gain.

Yeah I noticed we do a lot of mental math without checking the datasheets. I've been super guilty of it and I've been trying not to lately. I'm sure I'm not the only one! :p

I hear ya', but honestly, I'm not likely to check a datasheet every time I post, just in case they've updated it. Good on ya' for the heads-up though. Now I'm off to see if they've up-rated the 132 as well...

Also just looking it seems like it would be a pain to adjust the driver needed to run 4 132s at 2000ma. I've seen them run at 2100 ma with no issue though, except maybe shortened life of the diodes.

Either board option would definitely work.

Do you use the qb132s right now, and if so how do you run them?

No, I use QB120s. Two 4xQB120 fixtures, each powered in series by an HLG-240H-C2100A, at just over 60w per board, for 250+ watts per unit.

Edit: I built these lights before the QB132 was released. For my tents (two, each 31"x31"), the 120s give me more than enough power, but if I had a 3x3, I'd go QB132.

How are you thinking of powering them? Eight boards in a 2x4 would be a tight fit, but if you run them soft, you would have great coverage and efficiency. I certainly wouldn't max out that many boards in that size space, though.Waaaaay too much!

My fixtures are both 3000k, and they veg and flower awesomely, but from what I've heard, 4000k is also a good all-rounder.

I'd probably put them on the 2x 320h-2800a and just dial them down to 600 umol veg 900 umol flower with a par sensor. Oversize and let the efficiency be dictated by the spaces need with testing.

*shrug* it's an approach, but also allows me to not have to buy new drivers in I want to run them in a sealed room or move them into a 4x4 down the road.

By the time I buy I might just put all 8 on a hlg480h-c2100a though.

(Edit: With a watt sensor it would be easier to tell exactly what wattage each board needs to run to get that. Wish I had the money to be able to test all the tech I wish I could. Whenever I build it though I'll send the info out to you guys)

Wonder if 304 will get the LM301 bump , been running OG S5 bin ( still happy ) but looks simple to swap my four boards to 301b and run same power rig ... paper clip to wire holders , unscrew old boards and replace with 301 ... ?

304 V2 ? ...

@robincnn ?

S5 is still doing the job and can be used for a side build ( seedling / clone tent ) or ???

There is a pic of the ingredients posted. It does have amendments in it. Doesnt need to be rinsed. I've been running it like hydro, DTW and the plants have been growing just a bit slower than my RDWC

Would be nice but I don't see the value in upgrading, the gain is not significant enough to justify the cost

I'm on the fence if I should have it be dimmable

Why on the fence regarding dimming? That's one of LED's big advantages over HID - use only as much power as you need at a given time.

Most Meanwell drivers are dimmable. the difference being, one has an internal pot and the other you supply an external pot or other dimmer.

Don't build your light by watts, build it by area coverage. 2 boards running at 150 watts each won't give you the same coverage as 4 running at 75 watts each.
What size is your grow room or tent? A 4'x4' tent or space can use 4 QB boards, both QB 288 and QB 304 are good choices. 4 QB304 in parallel on a Meanwell HLG320H-C2800b will give you a max of about 360 watts and produces a lot of light. I'd say about perfect for a non CO2 enhanced garden. Or 4 QB288 on a HLG320H-54b in series for 75 watts per board. Lots of other combos possible also, but these will work.

I agree about the spread. Mine aren't DIY but I have a 600h and 2 x260xl spread out doing about a 5x9 area right now. Definitely getting more than I would using 2x600h instead, similar wattage though.

I mean 4lbs+ from 1.1kw non-co2 is blowing my mind. I had twice the HID wattage with those results before.

either of the combos I suggested would work very well in that size area. I'd probably dim them a bit until the went into flower. Will depend how much headroom you have.

Not QBs but I'm running only 270 watts of COB in a 4x4 with good success. Only 2 plants for the current grow , plus a hanging basket just for some different bud lol, but they are looking fine.
